This is an Old Man Of The Woods (Strobilomyces strobilaceus) mushroom. They are also known as: cone-like boletus, cone-like boletus, bolet pomme-de-pin, schwarzer schuppenröhrling, strubbelkopfröhrling, or skjellrørsopp.
