This is an adult Tufted Titmouse (Baeolophus bicolor) and they are native to the Eastern United States. They are also known as; Titmouse, Carbonero cresta negra (Spanish), Herrerillo bicolor (Spanish), mésange bicolore (French), Grauhäubchenmeise (German).
This is a Female Boat-tailed Grackle (Quiscalus major) looking for apple snail eggs to eat.
